"Message Reply" is the first AI chatbot for Bangladeshi companies and businessmen. It's a subsidiary venture/initiative of "Pioneer Alpha Limited" that holds the chatbot's ownership. Anyone needing an automated and custom ChatGPT-based customer service/support chatbot can utilize this tool. "Message Reply" intends to empower corporate initiatives with precise, instant, and friendly answers to different queries or questions of their users.

We understand the enormity (vastness) of the potential audiences, visitors, and/or users. And most Customers are well aware of and care about their users and their privacy interests. That's why we take privacy concerns seriously to ensure optimal cybersecurity measures. This Privacy Statement describes "Message Reply" 's policies and practices regarding collecting and using our Customers' data while respecting everyone's privacy rights.

PLEASE NOTE: 'CUSTOMERS' in this agreement refers to the person(s), business(s), and/or company(s) to pay for a selected "MESSAGE REPLY" Subscription Plan. 'USERS' in this agreement refers to the clients of the 'CUSTOMERS' who won't be contacted with "MESSAGE REPLY" in any way. Instead, 'CUSTOMERS' will serve their distinctive 'USERS' using "MESSAGE REPLY" 's service(s).

How does "Message Reply" Collect and Use (Process) Personal Info?

The platform collects personal information about the website's Customers and their Users. With a few exceptions, this information is generally limited to –

  • Name
  • Email
  • Mobile
  • Company
  • Position

"Message Reply" utilizes all the collected info to provide prospects and Customers with services. It doesn't sell any personal information to anyone and only shares it with 3rd parties to facilitate some of our services.

From time to time, "Message Reply" also receives personal information from third parties. However, information gathered from a third party may include extra details about your company (like Facebook or LinkedIn).

As a member of a third-party service, the connections above may allow services to connect every visit to "Message Reply" to personal data.

Despite being a Bangladeshi AI platform, "Message Reply" incorporates the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure certain rights for data subjects.   • We process chat interactions only to provide automated responses through our AI system
  • Platform-specific data is handled in accordance with respective platform policies

Our integration with Meta platforms adheres to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We maintain regular compliance updates to ensure adherence to any platform policy changes.

International Data Processing

While "Message Reply" primarily operates in Bangladesh, our service integrates with global social media platforms. This means:

  • Data may be processed in multiple geographic locations to provide our services

Data Storage and Retention

"Message Reply" keeps all the collected personal information on its own servers and on the computers of the cloud-based database management services it uses. The platform only keeps track of the service data for as long as a customer does business with "Message Reply" and for a while afterwards.

"Message Reply" analyzes the data for its operations and historical and archival reasons. The platform keeps potential data until it's cleared from the systems, as they are no longer helpful. "Message Reply" can delete all accessible personal info when Data Subjects or approved representatives request it.
