You do not need extra tools. Stay in BOKBOK, follow these everyday steps, then preview before anything goes public.
- Connect Slack
- Open the channel picker
- Choose the channel people already read for news
- Wait until it shows as connected
- Select it in Create Post
Tip: Prefer a dedicated announcements channel so random chat does not bury the update.

If the team moves to a new channel, pick the new one the same day.
