What to do, step by step
Connect each Page or account first. Then tick all of them on the post.
- Connect every Page, account, or channel you need
- Open Create Post
- Select all destinations for this update
- Write a shared caption, then adjust any that need different words
- Preview, then Post now or Schedule
Tip: Only select destinations that should really get this news. A staff Slack channel may not need the same public sale post as Instagram.
Stay in control
If one destination fails, the others can still go out. Check the result, fix the one that needs reconnecting, and send that copy again.

Can I skip one Page for a certain post?
