How to Use Create Post in BOKBOK

Create Post is the writing desk. You choose who should get the update, write the words, add photos, look at the preview, then share now or pick a later time — all without opening each social app. This guide walks through every common button in plain language.

The big picture (one breath)

Pick places → write words (yourself or with caption generation) → add photos (your own, from the photo box, or with image generation) → preview → Post now or Schedule. Optional extras (first extra note under Facebook/Instagram, repeat every week, save draft) wait until you need them.

Step 1 — Choose where the post should go

You will see circles for each connected place. Tap a circle to include it. Tap again to remove it.

Faded circles are not ready yet — finish them under Channels.

If you saved a posting set, you can apply that set so several places fill in at once.

Tip: No circles at all? Open Channels and connect at least one Page or account first.

Step 2 — Write the words

Type in the main box. That default message goes to every place you selected.

Need a shorter Instagram line or a one-line Slack note? Open that place’s tab and write a special version for it only. You can clear it later and go back to the default.

Keep prices and dates the same everywhere unless you mean to change them.

  • Write like you speak to a customer.
  • Check spelling of the product name.
  • Put the important offer near the start.

How to use caption generation (words helper)

If you do not want to write from a blank box, BOKBOK can draft the caption for you. You stay in charge: read it, fix prices, then post.

How to do it, step by step:

  • On Create Post, find the button near the caption box that says Generate with AI (it uses 1 point).
  • A small window opens. In “What is this post about?”, type a short note in plain words — for example “Friday biryani offer, 180 taka, open until 10 pm.”
  • Pick Tone: Personal (friendly, like you talking) or Company (more formal shop voice).
  • Pick Length: Short (quick read on a phone) or Long (more detail).
  • Tap Generate. Wait a few seconds while it writes.
  • The draft drops into your caption box. Read every line. Fix wrong prices, dates, or promises. Then continue with photos and preview.

Tip: Tip: write your real offer in the “about” box first (product, price, time). The helper works better with clear notes. Never post the draft without checking it.

Caption generation — when to use it

Good times: you are busy, you know the offer but not the wording, or you want a starting draft to edit.

Skip it when the message is already written, or when the offer is sensitive and you prefer every word to be typed by you.

If you are editing one place’s special caption (for example Instagram only), open that place’s tab first, then tap Generate with AI — the new words go into that place’s box.

Step 3 — Add photos (your own or from the photo box)

Upload from your computer, or pick from the Media library (your photo box of past posts).

Instagram usually needs at least one photo. Other places may allow text-only.

Use Edit / crop when a tall phone photo needs a better fit. Use the arrows to change photo order. Remove a photo you do not want.

Tip: There is a limit on how many photos one post can hold, and how large each file can be. If a file is refused, pick a smaller photo or fewer photos.

How to use image generation (picture helper)

Need a picture but do not have a photo yet? BOKBOK can make one from a short description. You can still remove it or add your own photo later.

How to do it, step by step:

  • On Create Post, in the photos area, tap AI Image (it uses 10 points).
  • In the Prompt box, describe the picture in everyday words — for example “A clean plate of chicken biryani on a wooden table, bright daylight, no text on the image.”
  • Pick a Style that fits your shop: Realistic, Cartoon, Minimalist, Anime, Watercolor, Cyberpunk, Sketch, or Abstract.
  • Tap Generate. Wait about 20 seconds (sometimes up to a minute). Do not close the window while it works.
  • When the picture appears in your post, look at it carefully. If it is wrong, remove it and try again with a clearer prompt — or upload a real photo instead.
  • You can mix: one generated picture + one real photo from your phone or Media library.

Tip: Say “no text on the image” in your prompt if you do not want random letters in the picture. Always check that the image matches your real product before you post.

Image generation — simple prompt tips

Good prompts are short and clear. Include: what the thing is, where it is, lighting, and “no text” if you want a clean picture.

  • Good: “Fresh mango juice in a glass, shop counter, soft light, no text.”
  • Weak: “Make something nice” (too vague — the picture may not match your shop).
  • If the result looks odd, change one detail (background, color, or style) and generate again.

Optional first note under Facebook or Instagram

After the post goes live, BOKBOK can add one extra public note under it (for example “Reply PRICE for details” or a size tip). This only applies to the Facebook and Instagram places you selected. Fill it in only when it helps.

Step 4 — Preview

Always preview. Check the photo, the price, and which places are selected. This is your last calm look before customers see it.

Step 5 — Post now, or Schedule for later

Post now: sends when you are ready.

Schedule: pick a future date and time (great for mornings you will be packing orders). Then watch it on the Calendar.

Repeat every day / week / month: use this for reminders that stay true (opening hours, weekly special). When the offer ends, stop or cancel it from the Calendar.

Tip: Schedule time must be in the future. If you get an error, pick a later clock time.

Save draft anytime

Not sure yet? Tap Save draft. Give an optional title. Find it later under Drafts. Nothing goes live until you choose Post now or Schedule.

Save a posting set from here

If today’s mix of places is one you will reuse, save it as a set so next time is faster.

If something goes wrong when sending

Read the message on screen. Common fixes: reconnect the Page under Channels, add a photo for Instagram, pick a future time, or try again. Check the Calendar for red problem marks and fix those items one by one.

A first-day practice post

Connect one place. Write “Testing from BOKBOK — please ignore.” Add one clear photo if it is Instagram. Preview. Post now. Confirm it appears on the Calendar as already shared. Then delete the test if you want. Now you know the path.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need photos every time?

Not always. Instagram usually needs at least one. Some other places allow text-only.

What if I picked the wrong time?

Open Calendar, find the waiting post, and move it or cancel it before it goes live.

Can BOKBOK help write the caption?

Yes. Tap Generate with AI near the caption box, describe the post in plain words, pick Personal or Company and Short or Long, then Generate. Always edit the draft so prices and promises match your shop. It uses 1 point.

Can BOKBOK make a picture for me?

Yes. Tap AI Image, describe the picture, pick a style, then Generate. Wait for it to finish, check the result, and remove or replace it if it is wrong. It uses 10 points.

What if I do not have enough points?

Caption generation needs 1 point. Image generation needs 10 points. If a message says you do not have enough, add points or write/upload yourself instead.

Must I use caption or image generation?

No. They are optional helpers. You can always type your own words and upload your own photos.

Why can’t I tap a faded circle?

That place is not ready. Finish it under Channels (connect, or pick the room/chat).

What does repeat mean?

BOKBOK will send a similar post again on a rhythm you choose (daily, weekly, or monthly) until you stop it.

Will Save draft send the post?

No. Save draft only keeps your unfinished work. Post now or Schedule is what sends it.
