Step 1: Go to the BOKBOK Sign In Page

If You Can't Sign In, Try These Simple Checks

If your sign-in does not work, here are a few things to verify before contacting support:

• Make sure you are using the same email or Gmail account that you used when you first created your BOKBOK account.
• Check for typos in your email address (for example, .con instead of .com).
• If you signed up with Gmail originally, try using the Google option again instead of typing a password.
• If you reset your password, ensure you are using the newest password and that the reset link has not expired.
